RFE on both I-140 and I-485

I just received emails that RFEs where sent for both me and my wife on my I-140 and our I-485 applications, no details yet. Did anybody got RFEs simultaneously on all applications?

TSC- EB3 - April 2004 RD Concurrent
AP EAD FP all done
 
My friend received RFE on both 140 and 485 , he sent in last thursday in fedex and it is received by USCIS on friday morning according to fedex , just now he has recived the mails that they have received the papers.

Hi,

Can you let us your Priority Date? if possible
Also details about RFE once you received those....
 
1) If you look at my signature it tells you we got RFE on I-140(Principal)
& I-485(spouse)
2) We sent reply on last thursday, they recieved it on friday
3) We received email today abt they received the RFE reply.
4) Strange thing is they have not acknowledged the I-140 reply yet
5) Istead they acknowledged for:
I-485(Pricipal where no RFE was issue at first place they have
acknowledged the receipt of RFE reply)
I-485(spouse they acknowledged the receipt of RFE reply)

whats ur PD? and are u from India, China, etc. who are affected by EB3 retrogression? if you are then maybe the RFE is that you cannot apply for your 485 just yet...have to wait till your PD becomes current. However, they should accept ur 140 application.

I am from Europe, not from the countries affected by retrogression.
What is the PD, the date on the LC was filled or approved?

PD is the date when your labor application was received by state and looks like you dont have to worry abt eb3 retrogression...so just sit tight and wait till u/ur lawyer get the notice in the mail.
