RFE On Birth Certificate NSC RD/ND 04/23/2001

Guys,
Me and My wife got the same RFE about the Birth certificate.
This is because the certificates were signed in 1999.
INS says since the documents were not executed at the time of birth they need secondary evidence.
I was wondering if any one had similar experience and how they approached.

Since I am doing the paper work my self,
any help is appreciated.

You need to send two affidavits saying that ....

Affidavits from parents or near relatives - saying that this is your birth date and your parents name and place of birth and so on. It should be a legal document - with stamps and so on.
