RFE on BIRTH CERTIFICATE,could you please suggest

I have sent birth certificate affidavit and also non-availability of birth certificate from collectorate office in my I-485 application.But RFE is issued on Birth certificate.I don\'t know what might have went wrong.could you please suggest something. The attorney will have a review when time permits.

from your post i got that you submitted ONE affidavit and a non-availability... You need to submit affidavits from TWO Different persons. That might be the reason for RFE.

Thanks for the important suggestion but I have collected only from one different person. Will it be O.k.Otherwise I will have to collect another one from India.

Yes if you collect from another individual one such affidavit... (total to make two) that should be fine.
