RFE on AP

Gurus,

I got this message on my travel doc. Can anyone tell me if they have also received any RFE's on Advanced Parole ? What RFE could be made on AP ? Thanks !

Mostly AP RFE's are for improper photos.

I got an RFE on my AP and it was for FINS# (registration after 9/11) and Attorney replied to that on 10/6.

Thanks Fast & 2007. Appreciate your response guys. I believe it is going to be for the FINS#. They gave me RFE during I-140 stage also.

Hi All,

I have got the same RFE in which they ask me for FIN#. I want to know what you replied for that RFE.

In my case my current TN Visa I-94 form & passport there is no FIN# but when i visited USA in 2002 - 2003 as a permanent resident of Canada I went through the process and IO stamped my passport when I enter & leave USA and also put FIN # on it.

I don't understand how to response to that RFE . Your help will be really appreciable.

RFE on FINS#

I gave my lawyer the scanned copy of my passport where it mentions the FINS#. It is on the top of my visa and also written no my I-94. I believe they send this info to USCIS. I am not a lawyer, just giving my opinion. So act accordingly.
