RFE on AP - Experts advice

I just got the usual lousy mail from USCIS that they have issued RFE's on both spouse and self's 131 applications AP.

1) What are the normal RFE's issued.
2) As I filed it myself I would assume it would come to me or would it go to the lawyer who filed 140/485 etc.
3) Is there a standard covering letter or something we need to send when we send the requested evidence back to them.

Please let me know.

----- Color copy of first page of passport, Color copy of Driving licence or state ID, New Passport style photographs, marriage certificate (spouse EAD)

---if you filed directly it will come to you
3) Is there a standard covering letter or something we need to send when we send the requested evidence back to them.
-----depends what they have asked, post the RFE details once you get letter

Details of RFE

RFE says "Your Photos do not meet quality standards because the photo is digital". This was a photo taken at Motophoto which is pretty good.

Surprise, surprise one of my friends who had his photo taken there for EAD got an approval. It was taken incidentally with the same camera.

When will these people be consistent. Are standards different for AP & EAD photos :confused: .

RFE on AP for Photo

Hi Yeppo,

What you did to resolve the photo issue.

I took the photo from a profession studio. But still recevied RFE on photes.

How were the LUDs on your AP ... I got 2 LUDs after that no changes.
when did you see the first LUD and when was the RFE issued ?

I think a week after the LUD change the RFE was issued.

To the earlier question I never replied to the RFE as within a week of getting the RFE my 485 got approved !!!

So I guess I never found out.
