RFE on Advanced Parole

Well Well Well .....

Yesterday I got rejected for an IEAD and yesterday oly at Laguna Niguel they issued an RFE on Advanced Parole. INS just knows how to create work for themselves. I have been legal throughout and blah blah blah....

I leaugh attimes and at times get frustrated too..but may be I will hear the sweet words soon as if everyone of us is in a cell really needing a presidential pardon for the crime that we did.. contributing to this country with all our hardwork.

You know what all these TPS people are just much better than us educated ones...

My wife got an RFE for her AP renewal. They needed another copy of marriage certificate to make sure she's eligible to apply for the AP as secondary applicant.

I didn't know why the INS thought that eligibility was not checked earlier... when they approved the first time.

Anyway, she got approved with in a week after the RFE is replied.
