RFE on 485 - Please share your experiences

My PD is current and FP has expired. I just got a mail that there is an RFE for us.

Can somebody shed some light into the kinds of RFE i can receive at this stage?

Our medicals are as old as 4 years. Does that generate an RFE too?

Please help.

I received RFE on 485 for

1- to submit employment offer letter on original letter head from employer along with W2/paystub .

2- Birth certificate registered on timely manner along with parents full name.
