RFE on 485. Oct'02 case

INS has issued a RFE on my 485. It was issued on April 22. I have not received any notice so far. Hopefully it will go to my attorney directly. Mine is Oct'02 case.

They have issued an RFE for me too. The message says it was issued on Apr 19th. I checked with my lawyer yesterday, he said they haven't recieved yet.

RD: 08/29/2002.
FP2: 05/18/2004 (scheduled).

Is your first FP still valid ? Mine is also a Oct'02 case but my first FP got expired this month. So i don't see a possibility of an RFE without the second FP notice.
 
fyi...
RFE has no linkage to FP. They could be received independently in any order. One of my ex-colleagues received RFE 4 months ago, and received his second FP notice last month. Another friend of mine received his RFE last month and second FP notice yesterday.
 
RFE Details

Got the details of the RFE this morning from my Attorney. INS asked for following things.

1. Employment Verification letter.
2. Company's Financial information.
3. Statement of Earnings of Last 6 months.
4. 2003 tax return

Hope nothing unusal about these.
