Namecheck ... what stage does that happen

Any idea about Namecheck ... at what stage is that done ... does a RFE means that namecheck stage has already been completed ... or has no relevance ?

LUD on approved I-140 just before RFEon I-485.Why??

Hi!

I also checked my Portfolio which shows that before getting RFE on I-485 on 06/16/2006 there was LUD on My approved I-140 on 06/04/2006 though My I-140 was approved in 2004. I don't know whats going on why there was LUD on approved I-140 also.I did't Notice this earlier

is this LUD on approved I-140 for everyone getting RFE on I-485

Recieved RFE on Emplyment Verification and PART 3 sect C not filled propely

I also got RFE on JUNE 29th 2006 and sent reply to my laywer. Applied 485 June 2003 and Now looks like file moved little bit.

My wife recieved different RFE, they asked about the BIRTH certificate.
Let see when recieve email about acknowledgement.

I got the RFE

1. You must submit a properly completed Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet for yourself. Your original signature is required on the Form G-325A. Phtocopied signatur are not accepatable.

2. Submit a list describing your employment history since your last lawful admission to the US on July 28 2002. This list shall include the name and location of each employer, the job title(s) and the dates you held each position.

I spoke to out attorney. He said he will takecare of it.
