Those who got RFE on 485 and later got it approved, can you post your experiences here. Please submit following details

Also mention if you had AC21 or had changed jobs without AC21.

This will really help us all who have got RFE for our 485.

RFE date - 8/6/2004
RFE received by my lawyer on 8/11/2004 - Intend to Deny Out of Status for more than 1 year. INS missed my second H1B details completely.
RFE response mailed 08/13/2004 - My H1B for the period and covering letter saying that I was on status during the period mentioned in NOID
RFE reeived by INS 08/14/2004 (Saturday)
Site updated 08/17/2004
Approval Date - Waiting

I changed job in July 2003 but the GC is still processed by my previous employer. So did not use AC21.

RFE details: I 693 Supplement
RFE response date(when did you respond): 08/18/2004. USCIS received the same day.
INS site update date (if you remember) 08/19/2004
Approval date. ?/?/200*.

With the same company from my day 1 in US.

Thanks a lot Akra. So it took you almost 6 months after you responded to the RFE. I was under the impression that once you respond to the RFE, you usually get a decision in 1 to 2 months. :(

FYI: According to my attorney's office, it takes between 2-6 weeks for you to get an approval if everything on the file is Good. This is just an analysis and not a fact.

Here are the details for my spouce RFE (Doctor didn't fill the medical form correctly). I'm the primary applicant but didn't recieve any thing and still waiting...

How do you check Last Updated info

It only shows the latest staus the way do the query.
