RFE on 140. and EAD

I have RFE on 140 and waiting for EAD approval..

Is it possible to iEAD after 90 days.. do they put on hold of all the applications and don't issue iEAD until 140 approved/RFE results sent...
Please reply..

I am in the same sitiuation. I also got RFE on I-140 and found that CIS has put hold on all the application(EAD/AP/485). Later I got I-140 approved. I checked it again after a week and found that still all the applications are on hold.
 
90 days are getting over in Jun end..
That means once they put hold on applications.. they will not approve it until 140 gets approved..

Is it true??

I am also in same boat,

This Is NSC and they recieved 140 rfe on 03/31/2004 and approved 140 on 04/23/2004 ,

I got my rfe on 02/27 and all my application (ap/ead/485) are on hold since that day. and still last update date shows 02/27/04.

Waiting for the day when they will look into my other applications.

"90 day clock stops ticking when the service center issues RFE for initial evidence with reference to the underlying I-140.When the requested initial evidence is received by the service center, 90 day clock starts to run all over again. Previously suspended time does not count in counting new 90 days. "


According to this my 90 days clock starts on 03/31/2004 , but only doubt is "last update Date" still shows 02/27 and should have been reset.

No I am not trying iEad because I am still on H1 for another one year.

Have u created yr profile on bcis website, and when u login then
"Last updated " can be found in your portfolio with all case number you added.
