RFE of I485 on the way, please help!!!

RFE for derivative's I485

I am derivative and Receipt Number: WAC02120XXXXX. Here is my story.

I called (800) 375-5283 for the inquiry for my case only on Jun. 15.
Then LUD changed on 7/29 and message changed to

On July 28, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

LUD changed again on Aug. 4, message changed to

On August 3, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required,
or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

The primary LUD never changed and message still is
2nd fp received on Jan 20, 2004 bababa.

Here is my question!!!

what kind information are they asking for from the derivative and without looking at primary case?

Please help and thank you very much in advance.

could be marriage certificate who knows. don't panic keep in touch with your lawyer and you should be able to know in a few days.

I am thinking that if they send me a rfe, the primary's case should be approved. But it seems that primary's case was never touched based on the LUD. I wish my thought was wrong.
