Suprised! My H1b extension (for 2nd 3 years) was filed in June, and I checked my Status and find out that RFE was mailed to me today. Do you know the time frame for reply? 30 days or 42 days? Please inform. Thanks in advance.
Same case with me. Mine applied on July 31, '07. Got RFE notification over email on Feb 29, '08. Still waiting on the RFE notice. Looks like INS is sending RFE left and right just to buy time (hope that is the only reason!).
