RFE Not Received .

NSE Sent RFE to me and my wife on 02/04, only my rfe is not received by our lawyer.

Can I wait for my RFE ... What is the procedure for lost RFE's...How they sent RFE by normal US Mail ?

Does NSE Isssue a copy of RFE and will extend the response Time or I have only 3 months from 02/04 to response my RFE?

CIS issued RFEs for me and my wife on 2/15/2005. My lawyer got my RFE(EVL) already. But my wife's did not reach. Am not sure if it is going to come or it got lost. Since they say wait for 14 days before calling, probably we should do accordingly. Onlne status gives a number, may be we can call them after 14 day period.!!!
I will post if my lawyer receivs my wifes RFE
 
I got a RFE from the NSC on Feb 4, 2005 also. I finally received mine Feb 16.
It does seem like you should have got yours by now. My responce needs to be back to them by April 29, 2005. I would phone them and find out whats up. Its been over 14 days.

Question ?

Even i am in the same boat .. I am waiting for RFE letter from past 1 week. I got a RFE on Feb 16th as per online message.. By the way, Have you submited MArriage certificate when you applied for I-485 ? thnaks
 
I got RFE for my wife's I-485 and mine. Per on-line message, IND sent RFE on Feb. 18th. So far, attorney doesn't receive RFE letters from ZINS yet. Normally how long does it take to receive RFE by mail? Thanks.
