RFE not received yet

May be I\'m getting a little impatient here. I had decided to wait for another day but I am posting it now anyway.

I spoke to an IIO on April 2nd. She said that they are going to mail me RFE. Later that week when I checked I found that VSC mailed me RFE on April 4th. My attorney has not received it (last checked on Thursday, Friday was a holiday).

Is is very unusual? The message says that if you don\'t receive it within 14 days, talk to an IIO. I am only 2 days shy of that.

I know most of you who were issued RFE around the same time, have received it. Some have also responded to RFE even.

Any suggestions for me?

I guess you should have recieved it by now. My lawyer recieved my RFE on the 12th (Thursday) , my RFE was mailed on the 9th. My suggestion is wait for two more days. Whats 2 days when you\'ve been waiting for almost 2 years? :-)

Mera_Kya_hoga..? Thera kuch nahi hoga, 2 dhin aur inthajaar karo, phir bhi nahi pahuchega tho thab IIO ko call karlena.....

Thanks for your reply guys. I am going to wait a couple more days like I said in my original mail.

Here are some more details.

Yes I am an employee of a small company (less than 70 people) which has undergone name change (acquired by another company 5 months ago). I did not file pro-active I140. I do not know the contents of RFE since I have not recived it yet.
