RFE Not recd

Friends, the online info says that an RFE has been generated for me on June 12. Till date I have not received it. The site says if you have not recd it for 14 days, contact your filing center.

Does anyone have a tel no for VSC? I don't think calling the National number will help, coz I have heard they do not have info with them.

Please help, and please let me know if anyone else had the same problem.

I am presuming you are talking about your lawyer not receiving it?

RFE Not Received since May 16th

Same situation here. Per online status my RFE was issued on May 16th but to date my lawyer nor I have received the RFE notice.
And now we cannot even communicate with Vermont IIO to get the current status of the case. The National number is very general in their response.

You have 12 weeks to reply. So better call that 1800 number and ask them to send a copy. If you still don't get anything talk to your lawyer before sending everything that they usually ask for (Emp letter, W2, Paystubs for 6 months, 1040). Also mention that you or your lawyer have not received the RFE.
