1)Non Imigrant status prior to file the I-485 application.

Iam curious that if anybody got the 1st one...

have there been any prior changes in your status, e.g. from F-1 or B-1/B-2 to H-1B?

Got the same RFE

I got the similar RFE for myself and for my dependents. we mailed the necessary documents and waiting to hear back from INS.

Not me .. I did changed few H1's not the different status.

However, My wife changed from H4 to H1 and H1 to H4 .. now she is on H4..

I sent all the I-797's and I-94.

In my case, I was always on H1-B, However, my wife changed from H4 to H1 to H4

HI:
I received the RFE for myself which states that " Please submit documentary evidence of your nonimmigrant status, in addition to any employment authorization issued to since your last lawful admission into the United States"

We had included all the documentation they asked earlier when we filed the I-485. Now I have sent them copies of I797, tax return from 1998, paystubs from 1999, 2000, 2001.

Is there any other docs we should include.
