My ND is Nov.00. RFE was issued on 09/17. RFE response was sent by my attorney on 10/04(paystubs,employment letter,tax retuns). AVM message still does not reflect that INS has received RFE rsponse. Is this something to be worried about ? I tried to contact IIO several times but couldn\'t get through. Need suggestions.

RFE .. need suggestions

Was the RFE sent with "traceable" letter, e.g. Fedex, Airborne etc.?
Are you sure it arrived?
I would continue trying to reach an IIO and maybe ask whether you should send it again. My RFE was sent on October 16th via Fedex, it arrived on October 17th and the INS acknowledged the receipt on October 23rd.
Yours should be acknowledged by now. It might also be that the AVM was just not updated. Anyhow, I would call and make sure.

the problem is ......
....RFE was received by attorney only. They say they sent the response
immediately. No way of knowing whether they really did unless I get
through to an IIO. The attorney\'s office says AVM is not relaibale and
sometimes does not get updated even after clients have received their
GC.

Scenario:
My labor filed with title X with salary XX
I am currently with title Y with salary YY.
Company was not willing to give verification letter at the time of filing 485 that stated title X and salary XX. applied without the letter.
If I get a query what letter should I be ready to provide ?
Will it be ok if I provided a letter with title Y and salary YY ?
What does the iNS look for, employment as of now, or verification letter that states what i will be now it self..
