RFE more than a year, no response

This won't help

My attorney sent letters to the director, the director wrote back saying insufficient man power.

My attorney sent letter complaining about 3rd FP notice, they send confirmation letter saying it was a mistake.

Do you see my point? They have time to write various letters to all kinds of people, but they don't touch our cases because they don't have time to do it.
