RFE Mailed.

My medical RFE response was mailed back to BCIS yesterday by my lawyer. So right now I am just anxiously waiting for my GC approval immediately they receive my medical report. I am also praying for everyone in this forum for quick miracle. I would post my approval details as soon as I get it.
 
My RFE date was 06/26.
Response submitted on 07/12.
Acknowledged by BCIS on online status 06/16.
But no approval yet.

It is mentioned on the online status that the app. time will be 900-999 days, but as the iminary processing is complete it is expected to take less time than indicated.
 
I know one thing for sure is that God has already answered my prayers. I would be getting my approval in two weeks or less than two weeks Gods willing. Amen.

Couple of questions:

a) what are ur vital stats i.e. RD, ND, FP etc.?

b) Was your online status updated after your FP?

Can you Please tell us what was your RFE about and how much time were you given to reply back.
 
Between 2 of my H1-B there was a period covered by I-94. I was asked to provide evidence that I maintained legal status throughout that period i.e. I-94 was valid for interim period etc.

I was given 90 days to repond.
