RFE mailed but not showing received on BCIS tracker

I got an RFE for I-485, which I mailed and according to "Express Mail" they received it on 12-Sep-03, but so far the message on tracker isn't saying they have received a response.

How long does it normally take for them to update it on the website??
 
FYI the BCIS Online site has some problems many have posted that they cant check the status on BCIS Online, I don’t know the problem, If you find time call NCSC1-800 and ask them what is the problem with BCIS online status check and can update others, many are in similar kind of problem they don’t find status Online now, many were able to check the status punching the receipt # and it was showing till last 2 weeks back the problem started 7-8 days back. Same thing happened in September- October 2002, many cases of I-140,I-485 that were earlier were showing APPROVED were posted as REVOKED and in jan/feb 2003 the status was again changed to approved. Many were confused, same problem now
 
Thanks Ginnu. Today I checked the status and it says they have received my response, but it also says that it is taking between 570 and 600 days to process...this is longer then then entire GC process, does it really take so long to make a decision??
