As per AVM, they sent the RFE on 11/16. How long it\'s going to take to recieve it ? can we recieve it by coming monday 11/26?

If we reply immediately for RFE (in a week after we recieved), how long it\'s going to take to update the AVM message and approval as well?

Hi , it takes approximatly one week reach the package from INS. In case if you didn\'t receive the package for 14 days, you can always call them and ask about RFE. What I heard is it takes approxomatly 10 days to update AVM machine once you reply for RFE,and max it takes 30 days to get approval notice. But in my case I have sent reply for RFE on Nov 13 and I got approved on Nov21.

Wish you\'ll get approve soon, it is matter of time..

I also got an RFE issued on 09/13, physical copy recd on 09/25 , replied (sent) back to INS on 11/12 because lawyer took forever to respond. RFE was related to Co\'s financial statements etc due to a merger. INS recd the response on 11/19, approved yesterday 11/26
