RFE lfor ast years Tax return..Ac21

Hi,
I received an RFE and my case was an AC21 informed case even though not right away after moving to a different company. I did it after 1 year after moving to a different company. RFE asks for Tax return for last year with all schedules and also W2 forms for last year. Did any body had a similar issue.
Also not sure why they asked me for EVL from the employer who filed my 140 even though i sent AC21 documentation with the EVL from new employer.

I received similar RFE. But I never filed for AC21. Also, I am in good terms with my I140 filer employer. So they gave me the necessary evl letter.

Still awaiting a result.
