Dear Friends,
I need some ideas from you guys. I have being asked to leave the company from OCT 18th . I got an RFE for the updated emp letter and i have sent it to my legal dept. The RFE says
"Submit a currently issued letter or other evidence from the prospective permanent employer that indicates your current position,if any,your proferred position,and proferred wage and indicating that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist."
My legal department says they can furnish everything expect they cannot mention that the "terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist." . This is because i will not be an employee anymore with the company after OCT 18th.
My question is will the emp letter without mentioning above statement is OK to submit ? . If I submit will my I-485 be denied. If not any ideas from you friends.
