RFEs for legal status are very common these days. My wife got one recently. It has been a month and a half since TCS acknowledged the receipt of the RFE reply. No news yet. These days TSC is either taking 10-15 days or months.
Here is a link to a thread where a bunch of people are following the progress of their cases after replying to RFEs. Please submit your details in the spreadsheet that is being maintained in the thread.
