My online status hasn't changed, but my attorney got a RFE letter from VSC. They ask my ex-husband's I-20 during my status was F2. And if I can't provide it, I have to pay $1000.00 for out of status penalty. Also, they're asking my company letter, salary info, last two months' pay stub, and last two years' Federal income tax W-2 form. My fingerprint was expired last month, but my attorney says that I don't need to do second one.
