RFE issued

RFE was issued to me on 10/30, as per website. My Attorney is yet to receive the notice.

No 2nd FP notice yet.

Earlier, My Attorney had faxed 3 enquiries and received return fax that BCIS has assigned my case to an officer. 2 days later, RFE was issued.

RFE sent

I just checked my I-485 status on line and it says:

"On October 30, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

Hope this is a good news.

I am wondering the website message RFE is for 2nd Finger print. but as far as I know, they have a different message for Finger print. If you see "We have mailed you a notice asking for additional information....", then are we suppose to expect a RFE or a 2nd FP????

Could someone one comment?
