I need help on this issue….

I checked my case status online today. Issued a RFE I don’t know what it is, they mailed me a notice with detail in it. I still work with same employer and I have salary slip and every thing no problem at all.

I submitted my Birth Certification affidavit, because I did not had my birth certificate.

My question is if I get RFE on Birth Certificate can I get one from Indian Embassy. Is there any body was approved their case with Indian Embassy Issued birth Certificate.

How many affidavits did you submit? Were they attested by a notary public? Did you also submit certificate of non-availibility of birth certificate from the municipality of your city of birth.

Please keep us posted about your RFE when you actually receive it as I am curious to know why it was issued.
