RFE issued to Me on Sept 17

Do not know what the RFE is. But one problem is my lawyer out of business actually he is stepping to jail because of fradulent practices with labor. Now his employees are off and on. All the files are taken away by FBI. Now if they do not give me the RFE on time. Is there any recourse I can take you guys are aware off.

Talk to an IIO...

I too received and RFE yesterday.......don't know about what.....and from what I hear , RFE is mailed to the attorney.....

Lucky enough to say that my attorney is still in business....

You may talk to an IIO or some other attorney and take their suggestion......

call IIO immmediately, and explain the situation. Ask them to send you a copy of the FRE, since normally I know lawyer get RFE notice. Hire a new lawyer.

U need to get the details oof the RFE.....
Probably..it might say..

"WHY DID U CHOOSE THIS LAWYER"

Hope it is something simpler..........

Is it possible to change your lawyer.?. Switch to different lawyer.
