We just checked the AVM on Sunday. RFE issued on March 20th, the AVM says. Yet to see what is about.
RIR, EB2, India, Baltimore, PD-Feb2000, FP-Jan 2002.
 
Can you please provide your details such as RD & ND?

Also, did you call IIO recently? If so please post the details of your conversation with IIO.

My RD & ND are in 03/01 I did FP on 01/12/2002. Couple of weeks back I talked to IIO & he told me that they have sent my file to make connection with I140.

Also contacted Senator\'s office after that & they told me that NSC is processing 10/10/2000 cases as of 01/31/2002

I know what sentor\'s office told is bull but curious to know if you spoke to IIO recently & what he told you.

Achiever, yes, I spoke with IIO and nothing abnormal as per IIO. RD Feb 2001 ND Feb 2001 LIN# 01-114

I spoke with IIO just a couple of weeks back. And I check AVM every week on saturday (my case) and Tuesday (My wife\'s case).
The IIO said \'no remarks. nothing abnormal. just under processing. just wait\'.
