RFE Issued on I-485 and replied....how much time more....

Hi Guys,

Myself and my wife had RFE issued for I-485. Myself name confirmation and wife shots.

How much time would it take after sending the response to the RFE'S,

Any response would be greatly appreciated.....

Raj,

Can you post the details like when did you send the RFE. Also, you can track your response package if it is Fedex to USCIS. That way you will know that the packet has reached the USCIS. In my last RFE, it took 24 hours - 36 hours to register into their database after the package was delivered to USCIS.

But few people here have different experience.......after all it is NSC we are dealing with....nothing is predictable......reasonable.

My attorney told me that he mailed RFE response on 9/23, but still there is no update on the INS web site/LUD.

ND : Oct,2002.
FP2 : July, 2004
RFE : 7th Sep, 2004.
