EB-1: extraordinary via self-petition.
Yellow form responded: 07/31/2001, with employment letter, copies of EAD, I-140 APPROVALS.
RFE: 12/27/2001, requesting for documentation indicating continuing working in the same field underlined on I-140 petition. I didn\'t receive the RFE yet, the lawyer sucks, don\'t want to send a copy of such RFE to me till next week. Can I response to the RFE myself without the lawyer? How should I response to such RFE, only the updated employment confirmation letter will do? appreciate any inputs.

5YearNSC, What do you mean by wait for antother week? Can I get the approval just waiting for another week?

I think in terms of the I-485, there is nothing to do with the category (EB1/2 or what so ever). I just need some inputs (I am considering the change changing, this is the reason for the rush!)
