RFE issued on 9/11/03 (Yes it is Sep 11, what a day).

Did second FP on July 19th, 2003. Waiting for the RFE details. Will update once I receive it.

Second FP didn't get updated. But RFE got updated. I checked on Thursday night no update. I came to know when I checked on Friday morning.

I have seen lot of cases not been touched in December. They neither recieved RFE nor FP. In your case atleast there is some movement.

Moreover your case is on officer desk, not waiting for security check to get finished. Which is always a welcome sign.

It might not be a bad sign after all.
I was in a similar situation and would advise this:-
keep all your documents ready :
Employment letter, last 6 paychecks, last three w2/tax forms, medical etc. Send it as soon as you receive the RFE letter.
Normally if everything is clear(security chk. etc) and your file is still open(it probably is) you might be approved in two weeks of RFE receipt.

I was referring to your msg after 2nd FP not RFE. Please tell us if your msg got updated after 2nd FP as well as after RFE or just after RFE.

Trying to find out if messages are getting updated after 2nd FP

His online msg didnot change after FP2. It was still showing FP1 msg...and turned to RFE message.

My second FP didn't get updated. Only RFE got updated.

Just got an email from lawyer. RFE details

Emplyment Letter and earning statements for the last 6 pay period.

Will be sending reply by next week.
