RFE issued on 7/14 for RD of 12/21/01

Hi all!

An RFE was issued on my case with the following msg..

"On July 14, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting
additional evidence or information in this case. The
notice explains in detail what additional material is
needed. If you have questions about the notice, what
is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have
not received the notice. Please contact the service
center where you submitted your application during
business hours."

I have not spoken to the lawyer yet about the details
as I just found this out. I will send her an email..

hopefully it is not fingerprint again. I had fp done in the first week of April

Also, sometime back there was a post saying that it taks about 3 months to clear 1m month. That seems correct, I know someone with RD of 12/06/01. They had an RFE in the 1st week of may. my RD is 15 days later and I rcvd an rfe 1.5 months later.
