RFE issued on Oct 31st. Lawyer still didnt receive the letter.
Guys please post details as soon as you receive any further info...

RFE DETAILS

1) letter from employer stating date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment, and
(2) last 6 paystubs.

RD - 10/01/01
ND - 11/20/01
EB2 - INDIA
RFE Date - 10/31/02

I just checked with my lawyer and thye did not receive anything yet. My lawyer is in Chicago!

RFE Issued on 10/31/02.
My lawyer got the REF notice today.
They are asking for:
Employment Letter
Paystubs of last month
2001 Tax return along with W2
copies of all pages of passport.

For wife they are asking for:
copies of all pages of passport.
copies of marriage certificate both in english and native language.

How did you know you got RFE even before you recived it? Did the message on AVM or online change? Or you called IIO?
