Can you please post if you have received RFE? How long does it takes to receive a RFE from INS and how long does it take to update the AVM after the attorney replies back to INS?

About a week (to NJ)

AVM indicated that a RFE was mailed out on Jan 17th. Lawyer received it in end of last week.

Current employer letter + 3 pay stubs.

Please post your experiences. How does it takes to update the AVM and how long for the approval etc.

I am yet to send my reply to the RFE

Our company lawyer received the RFE in less than a week\'s time. We will be sending in the reply tommorrow.

I\'ll keep you posted.
