RFE Issued -- ND Sep 8 99 -- Stil haven\'t received it

Hi all,

This is frustrating!!!!!!!!!! We spoke to IIO on Jan 3rd and realized that
an RFE was issued for our case..But we still haven\'t received any mail from INS and do not know what the RFE is for? Usually how long does it take to receive the RFE from them? Also our AVM has not changed to RFE.
Daily talking to the lawyer to check if she received anything...
