I received an RFE for my H1-B Visa transfer that was filed on behalf of my employer. My old employer is refiling my H1-B Visa (I don't believe that old employer is doing a H1-B Visa transfer as my Visa is still active) as I intend to start back at my old employer's place. Please let me know if I need to ask my new employer to take any action for the RFE.
