RFE issued for ND 10/2002 Case

As per the online status, a rfe was issued today. Does anybody have an idea of what it could be ? 2nd FP notice ?

ND 10/22/2002
1st FP 11/30/2002
RFE issued 04/13/2004 for both my wife and myself.

That means now they have started Oct cases? Certainly one point will be your finger printing--- I guess. Did you do concurent filing of 485 and 140 and what cateogry was the case.

Your case is interesting. I know a couple of July'02/Aug'02 cases got RFE, but in all those cases FP1 was not expired. But your FP1 seems to be expired.

The RFEs request employment verification letter for me and medical report for my wife.

My wife didn't take chest X-Ray due to pregnancy. RFE says that the orginal medical report was being returned to us but no enclosure was attached. why does USCIS return the orignal report?
