RFE Issued for JAN 29th 2001 Case

INS issued an RFE on my case today. Will have to wait until it reaches the lawyer. Will post the details as soon as I get it. I am happy that atleast there has been a movement on my file.

Hoping for the approval soon.

What\' your previous AVM message?

Was It "Case not found" or " Received"?
My case (RD 01/17/01,RD 01/26/01) was uptated the AVM from "not found" to "received" three weeks ago. Since then, nothing happend.
 
Same here

The AVM was updated from "Case Not found" to "Received on ..." 3 weeks ago. My PD is 03/99 and it could be the reason why it was picked up early. You should see yours very soon.

Maybe a related question: INS takes 60+ days to open new applications. Is it true for RFE responses too?

Yaswanth01!!! Good Luck to you man!!! Remember me man, we have the same RD,ND and FP. When was your AVM updated...I know you checked it this morning....but did you check it last night.
When I checked it last night it still said "Case was received on..". I am trying to check it this morning but I can\'t get through.

I work for medium sized company with over 250 employees and 15million turnover. But most of my collegues got the RFE for paystubs since the previous year. Do not know it is same in my case.

When I said "You will be next" I meant your approval and not hoping for an RFE on your case..

Cheer up buddy..I am happy that my application has been looked at..It may take a couple of months for an approval as it happened to my friends cases.
