RFE issued for April02 applications

Today the online status of our applications was updated ..... after almost two years. Alas ... it was not with the approval message I was hoping for. An RFE was mailed for both our applications yesterday 3/10. I will let you details of the RFE when I hear from my attorney.
 
Would you please post more detail of your information, Like the RD, ND date...Thanks. Cause we are in the same boat and waiting for the REF

2nd FP - 12/11/2003

DO not know the details of RFE yet .... it was mailed yesterday ..... will post as soon as I know.....my guess is that my RFE is for employment verification or additional medicals and my spouse's is for birth or additional proof of marriage....but this is just a guess....will share when my attorney shares with me ............

Thank you very much. I have ND on April 20,2002.Got second FP on Dec.22.2003.. No REF so far.. So very curious about the REF...:rolleyes:
 
fyi .... rfe for both me and spouse is for my employment verification...is that a little strange that spouse's RFE is also to confirm my employment (i am primary)
