RFE Issued Feb 2002 case

Received 2 e-mails from USCIS website which says RFE issued. The RFE was mailed on July 16, 2004. Email was sent yesterday (July 19, 2004)
Dont know what this RFE is about.

Here are the details:

RD 02/01/2002
ND 02/15/2002
FP1 05/22/2002
FP2 12/05/2003
LUD - 04/23/2004 , 06/22/2004
3 - EADs
2 - APs so far

RFE Issued on - 07/16/2004

I'll post more details as soon as I get RFE details

Hi ekurian,

Did your LUD changed after 06/29/04?

My rfe response was updated on 07/07/04 and LUD is changed on 07/08/04
but so far no message change. I hope we will get approved soon.

Doesn't the recent rulings say that RFEs will not be issued for EVL if they had been properly submitted in the first place? Meaning, just time (and their delay) itself will not constitute an RFE. What happenned to that?

Thats true. But with INS anything is possible. Didn't they also say future EADs would be for 2 years. Someone in this forum while renewing the EAD after the new rule gets the same old 1 year EAD... :mad: :mad:

Its a pain...

Yes, my LUD changed on 6/29/2004.
Lets hope our approval is around the corner
 
EAD changes: The rule says UPTO TWO YEARS.

The timing of the RFE and the RFE itself are out of this world: More than two years and after 3 EADs, APs and second FP they still can issue RFE!
