RFE issued and change of Lawyer

This is my situation :
RFE was sent for my case on Aug 26. The problem is that my lawyer used to work with a legal company but parted ways last year. When I inquired regd. the rfe notice, she mentioned that the old office would get it and not she. And her old office wouldn't entertain my inquiries.
Question : Can I send the form G-20 and select a new lawer and at the same time request BCIS to re-send the RFE to the new lawer ?

Sorry to hear that, these people are still generating RFEs on already so delayed Oct 2001 cases... It's really frustrating...
 
I was in the same boat earlier. Immediately send G-28 form along with conver letter explaining your situation and ask them to resend RFE to new address. Send this mail to po box address

You can also send Enquiry letter along with G-28 forms + cover letter to 75 lower welden address.

Today open a trouble ticket with NCSC.

You got only 12 weeks to respond to query or else they will deny your case. Hurry. Act immediately.

Wait 3 weeks, if don't get any response. Let me know I will give another idea.

you wrote that "Send this mail to po box address". Will you please post this whole address.. I would really apriciate your help. or any other idea. I am also in the same boat. As you might aware that BCIS has issued REF on August 06 and I have not received yet. They asked me to contact after Sept 05 (after 30 days). This time I would like to send in writting.

This po box is for G-28 forms. So that they will act immediately.
