RFE is in hand now after one month

Hi all...

At last got RFE in hand... They sent it to my address(not the attorny one)...

Its says...

Submit a letter of employment attestijng the applicants current employment...............Include corroborating evidence such as recent pay stubs, income tax returns with all W-2s or other evidence as appropriate.

Now how many pay-stubs/income tax returns and W-2s , I should send.

I got a good employnnet (permanent job)letter from my company but salary is little bit less .. will it create problem now..

Please help me guys...

In my case, I gave them all the pay stubs for this year only. I think if it is a small amount less in salary, it should be no problem. The important thing is they want to make sure you are currently employed.

All the Income Tax , W2's and Pay stubs needs be notarized before sending them for RFE....

Hi Gurus...

I changed job after 180 days and new job is in the same job definition...


I just talked to someone and he told me that I need AC21 form to atach with the RFE with my employment letter.

Is it true....
