RFE issued on may 5 for emp. letter and 2 month paystubs and received May 8th. I will fedex it back today.
don't know what triggered it. I registered with USCIS END of april and last update info was april 5th. so I assume me file was on someone's desk before I registered.
RFE reads that my attorney has been suspended and that USCIS will communicate with me directly unless I furnish a new G-28. I called my attorney and no one answered. so I assume he is out of practice.
I hope I get the approval before the end of the month.
