RFE in EAD and AP ?

My lawyers got an RFE to provide Photo identification. My lawyers suggest that we send a Driver\'s Licence photo copy and passport/visa copies.

Did any of you have heard or received a similar RFE, what what was the response. Please post your replies.

Never heard of it but.......

are you sure that the RFE is about the photo Identification or is it about the PHOTOS you submitted. Many times if your photos are not taken correctly, they ask you to re-submit the photos.
