Did anybody in NSC receive the RFE for W-2, tax return and last two pay stubs in 485 process ? I notice someone got it at CSC.

A friend of mine did receive these , which he promptly sent and got approved in less than a week.

Thank you, Snysf. I guess your friend got it in RFE. According to my lawyer, employer-based 485 does not have to submit these. But what made the official request for these ? Is it just randomly picked up ?
 
NSC wants to make sure!

INS wants to make sure that the applicant has not worked in US illegally. They match the amount on 1040 with W-2s.
