My case has been with VSC forever (Ok, since Nov 02). I had a job change (move interstate) last Feb. Sure enough. I got a RFE in Oct for EVL, paystub, W-2. I have submitted everything they were asking, in addition of a letter stating AC21 situation. I have been anxious waiting my turn ever since, almost one month.
Now, I have been offered another new job, still in the same field and similar responsibility, but with a pretty good pay increase without the need of relocation. I have to decide either stay on the current post or go for the new one. what implication might have on the pending case, if I do change again in midst of all these?
