Rfe - I -140

Guys,

Yester day USCIS issued a RFE on my I -140. I donot know the details.

Do I get the document for RFE or Lawyer? Five months ago I moved to

different address in the same city. Does this address change cause RFE?

What kind of RFE I should expect.

it is hard to say why the RFE was issued, it could be for an educational eval, for a pay verification, some missing documentation along with data initially submitted, or anyother reason including your recent address change.

you will have to wait to get the RFE in hand

i got a rFE last week and it was about a missing doc.(Form 750 B). Nothing to worry about.

Unlucky for me -- I -140

This afternoon , I got a mail from Lawyer about RFE.

I donot know what my lawyer did? The USCIS officer asked every thing

1. abilitytopay the wage/proferred

2. 2002 ad 2003 tax reports

3. Job offer letter for me -- employement verification

4. submit letters from past employers verifying previous Programmer/Analyst employment of atleast( two years)

I left the company in 2000 and joined my current company.. I donot have

any relations with my old company? who will give the verification letter for me !!!!

( Guys please suggest me..)


5.Transcripts of My B.S Degree . I did BS in Electronics Engineering


6. Educational Evaluation?

What else..the officer asked every thing? I am very unlucky guy in the world.

I lost the hope.. ? I donot know what to do?


Please advise me..

i can understand your situation , i too got RFE on I-140 and got approval on 01/25/05

Everything will be just fine...just that it will take little more time..collect all required document and reply accordingly.

do not fight with lawyer...he is the one who will get you out of this...
