RFE i-140 LUD changed 2 times VSC

Hi,
Am little concern some one told that it is going to take 3 weeks to approve after RFE but nothing changed in my case any one had seen this type of problem before.please share with me..

applied i-140 on Dec 17 2004 and i got RFE on FEB 2nd on education report .we replied USCIS and they updated on March 3rd and there after LUD change 2 times march 7th and march 8th 2005.but there is no change in case status.can any tell me how many days will it take in general.is this trend is good or bad?

Please respond ASAP.

Its difficult to answer if its good or bad at this point. All we can know is, that someone is touching your file now. One of my friend also had similar RFE and had responded 7 months back and they have updated the LUD 2 days in a row, but so far he hasnt heard back anything. Its really frustrating when you dont know where 2 rail tracks end.
